HOW TO USE:

Apply the foot patch on the bottom of the feet before you sleep and tear it off the next day morning when you wake up. The color of the foot patch will change from white to brown.

Step 1: Clean foot

Step 2: Tear down the bigger paper on the adhesive plaster, and attach the foot patch onto the adhesive plaster.

Step 3: Attach the foot patch which is already on the adhesive plaster

Step 4: Tear down the smaller paper on the adhesive plaster.

Step 5: Attach the whole adhesive plaster onto your sole firmly.

Step 6: Please use the foot patch while you sleeping, and ensure to attach the foot patch for more than 6 hours.

If possible, we strongly recommend you to attach the foot patch for 8 hours.

Step 7: Next morning, tear down the foot patch bag and clean the skin.

How To Use

> Remove the patch after using for 6-8 hours. (Recommended period of using is sleeping time.)

> Paste the herbal patch onto the plaster sheet. (Logo side facing down, black side facing up.)

> Apply the patch with plaster sheet onto both feet sole horizontally.
